The View My Calendar Service uses AWS serverless infrastructure (lambda). The service pulls your calendar data on demand and displays it to you or users authorized by you. Your calendar data is never stored by this service. A user can see event names only if the events are created by that user or the organization they belong to. All other events are shown only as busy.

What is not stored

• Your calendar data is never stored by the service.

• Your calendar data is never shared with any 3rd parties.

What is stored:

Your calendar provider issues an OAuth token to the service when you authorize it. This authorization token is stored by the service for displaying your calendar. You may revoke the token anytime by removing the service authorization from your calendar provider or by deleting it from the ViewMyCal service.
